Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Platinum Pour LLC, doing business as MDNYT Live, wants our platform to provide a smooth experience for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

Accessibility matters to us because discovering an event, understanding ticket options, completing a purchase, accessing a ticket, and entering an event should be straightforward.

Our Approach to Accessibility

As MDNYT Live continues to develop, we aim to consider accessibility throughout the customer experience.

This includes working toward digital experiences that support:

• Clear and readable website content • Logical navigation and page structure • Understandable buttons, links, forms, and ticket-purchasing steps • Appropriate text alternatives for meaningful visual content where practical • Keyboard-friendly interaction where supported • Compatibility with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies where reasonably possible • Clear communication of important event and ticket information • An understandable path from finding an event through accessing the ticket needed for entry

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As MDNYT Live grows and introduces new features, we intend to continue evaluating the accessibility and usability of our digital services.

Event and Venue Accessibility

MDNYT Live provides technology that connects customers with events organized or operated by event organizers, artists, promoters, venues, and other third parties.

Physical accessibility—including accessible entrances, seating, parking, restrooms, accommodations, and other venue-specific accessibility features—is generally determined by the venue or event organizer rather than MDNYT Live.

When accessibility information is supplied to us by an organizer or venue, we may make that information available through the event listing or platform.

Customers who require specific accommodations for a physical event may also need to contact the applicable venue or event organizer directly.

Third-Party Content and Services

Some parts of the MDNYT Live experience may involve third-party services, content, payment systems, websites, or technologies.

Although we want the complete customer journey to be accessible, we may not control the accessibility of independently operated third-party services.

We encourage our partners and technology providers to consider accessibility in the experiences they provide.

Need Help Using MDNYT Live?

If you experience difficulty accessing information, purchasing a ticket, accessing your ticket, navigating MDNYT Live, or using another part of our digital Services because of an accessibility issue, we want to know about it.

When contacting us, please describe:

• The page, feature, or event you were trying to access • The accessibility issue you experienced • The device or browser you were using, if relevant • The best way for us to assist you

We will review accessibility feedback and make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an alternative way to access the relevant information or service when reasonably possible.

Our Commitment

MDNYT Live is being built around the idea that technology should make attending live experiences easier—not create another obstacle between someone and the event they want to attend.

As the platform grows, accessibility will remain part of how we evaluate and improve that experience.
