Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026

MDNYT Live LLC ("MDNYT Live," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to explaining how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use our services.

This Privacy Policy applies to MDNYT Live's website, mobile applications, ticketing and checkout pages, event registration services, guest lists, VIP and table reservation services, event promotions, communications, and other products or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services or submitting information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the MDNYT Live Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with MDNYT Live, we may collect the following categories of information.

Contact and Account Information: name, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing information, account username or identifiers, login information, and communication preferences.

Transaction and Purchase Information: tickets purchased, events registered for or attended, reservation information, transaction amount, purchase date and time, ticket or order identifiers, refund or dispute information, promotional codes, transaction history, and billing information. Payment-card information may be processed directly by third-party payment processors — we may receive transaction information from those providers without receiving or storing the complete payment-card number.

Event and Attendance Information: events you view, register for, or attend; ticket scans and check-ins; guest-list participation; venue or event interests; VIP or table reservations; event preferences; purchase patterns; and interactions with event organizers, venues, or promotions.

Age and Eligibility Information: where relevant to an event, venue, promotion, or legal requirement, we may request your date of birth, age range, or confirmation that you meet an applicable minimum-age requirement. Collection of this information does not guarantee admission to an age-restricted event — venues and organizers may separately require valid government-issued identification.

Device, Internet, and Usage Information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, device identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, date and time of access, session information, website interactions, approximate geographic location derived from an IP address, advertising or analytics identifiers, and cookie and similar technology information.

Marketing and Engagement Information: your interactions with emails, SMS/text messages, advertisements, event promotions, offers, surveys, social-media campaigns, referral links, and promotional campaigns, including whether a message was delivered, opened, clicked, responded to, or resulted in a purchase or registration.

Information You Submit: through contact forms, surveys, contests, promotions, customer-support requests, reviews, event submissions, guest lists, applications, social-media interactions, or other communications with MDNYT Live.

2. Sources of Information

We may obtain information directly from you; automatically through your use of the Services; from event organizers and promoters; from participating venues; from payment processors; from marketing and advertising partners; from analytics providers; from communications and CRM providers; from social-media platforms where permitted; from affiliates and business partners; from publicly available sources; and from other sources permitted by applicable law.

Information received from third parties may be combined with information collected directly through MDNYT Live.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to operate and provide the Services; create and administer accounts; process ticket purchases, registrations, and VIP/table reservations; deliver digital tickets; verify transactions; facilitate event admission and check-in; process payments, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks; communicate event information or changes; provide customer service; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; maintain platform security; personalize the Services; recommend events, venues, or experiences; measure advertising and marketing effectiveness; conduct analytics and audience analysis; understand customer demographics, interests, and behavior; develop audience segments and business insights; improve our website, applications, products, and Services; develop new products, technology, analytics, and services; conduct market research; perform business intelligence; manage relationships with organizers, venues, sponsors, and partners; comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and contractual requirements; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and carry out other lawful purposes disclosed when information is collected.

4. Marketing Communications

MDNYT Live may send transactional communications concerning purchases, tickets, reservations, event changes, security, accounts, customer service, or other Services without treating those communications as promotional marketing.

Where you provide affirmative marketing consent, MDNYT Live may also send promotional emails and SMS/text messages concerning events, ticket releases, VIP opportunities, venue promotions, special offers, partner offers, sponsored promotions, surveys, newsletters, recommendations, and other nightlife or entertainment opportunities.

Marketing communications may be sent by or on behalf of MDNYT Live and, where disclosed at the point of consent and permitted by law, participating organizers, venues, sponsors, affiliated brands, or selected marketing partners.

Consent to promotional SMS/text messages or promotional email is not a condition of purchasing a ticket, product, or service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of promotional SMS/text messages by replying STOP to an applicable message, and request assistance by replying HELP where supported. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in an applicable marketing email.

Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent MDNYT Live from sending necessary transactional, security, legal, account, ticket, or customer-service communications.

5. How We Disclose Information

Subject to applicable law and the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, we may disclose information to event organizers and promoters; venues; sponsors; affiliates; payment processors; website and application providers; hosting and cloud providers; analytics providers; advertising platforms; marketing providers and partners; customer relationship management providers; email and SMS communications providers; fraud-prevention and security providers; professional advisers, accountants, attorneys, and insurers; government or regulatory authorities where required; and other service providers and business partners supporting our operations.

Information may be provided to an organizer or venue where reasonably necessary to administer an event, validate tickets, facilitate admission, provide customer service, analyze event performance, or conduct authorized marketing.

Organizers receiving information through MDNYT Live are expected to use that information only for authorized purposes, protect it appropriately, honor applicable opt-outs, and comply with applicable privacy and marketing laws.

6. Marketing Partners and Commercial Data Use

MDNYT Live may work with trusted business and marketing partners for advertising, analytics, audience measurement, customer engagement, market research, business intelligence, promotional campaigns, and related lawful commercial purposes.

Where permitted by applicable law and consistent with required notices, choices, or consent, information may be disclosed to selected partners for these purposes.

Depending on the jurisdiction and the particular activity involved, certain disclosures for advertising, marketing, analytics, or other commercial purposes may legally constitute a "sale," "sharing," "targeted advertising," or another regulated data-processing activity even when no money is exchanged for the information.

Where applicable law grants you the right to opt out of such activity, MDNYT Live will honor qualifying requests as required by law.

7. Aggregated and De-Identified Information

MDNYT Live may create aggregated, statistical, anonymized, or de-identified information derived from information collected through the Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MDNYT Live may use, disclose, license, sell, distribute, analyze, or otherwise commercially use aggregated or de-identified information for audience insights, advertising, market research, analytics, business intelligence, trend analysis, product development, technology development, artificial intelligence or machine-learning development, event and venue analytics, and other lawful commercial or business purposes.

Where information has been de-identified, we will not intentionally represent that information as identifying a particular individual. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for as long as reasonably necessary for lawful business purposes.

8. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

MDNYT Live and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, analytics technologies, and similar tools to operate the Services; remember preferences; maintain sessions; understand website usage; measure traffic; analyze customer behavior; measure marketing campaigns; prevent fraud; improve functionality; and support advertising and personalization.

Your browser or device may provide controls for certain cookies or tracking technologies. Where applicable law requires additional consent or an opt-out mechanism for particular technologies, MDNYT Live will provide the applicable choices.

9. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Those providers may collect payment-card, bank, billing, authentication, fraud-prevention, or transaction information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

MDNYT Live may receive transaction status, payment identifiers, limited billing information, chargeback information, and other transaction-related information necessary to operate the Services.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as necessary to operate the Services; maintain transaction and event records; provide customer service; maintain marketing and consent records; detect or prevent fraud; maintain security; resolve disputes; enforce agreements; meet accounting and tax obligations; comply with legal or regulatory requirements; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information after personal information has otherwise been deleted where permitted by law, and may retain information when deletion is not legally required or when retention is necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, taxation, disputes, contractual obligations, or other lawful purposes.

11. Data Security

MDNYT Live uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no website, application, network, database, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should use appropriate precautions when transmitting information electronically and should protect their account credentials.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to confirm whether we process it; access or obtain a copy of certain personal information; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; request data portability; opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information; opt out of targeted advertising; withdraw certain consent; opt out of promotional email or SMS/text messages; and appeal certain privacy-request decisions where applicable.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions. MDNYT Live will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.

13. Privacy Requests and Data Deletion

You may submit a privacy or data-deletion request by contacting MDNYT Live LLC at platpour@gmail.com. Please include sufficient information for us to understand your request.

For your protection, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, which may include confirming information associated with your account, transaction history, email address, telephone number, or other information reasonably necessary to verify the request.

Our process generally includes: receiving and documenting the request; confirming its scope; verifying identity where reasonably necessary or legally required; identifying information reasonably associated with the verified individual; reviewing whether any information must or may lawfully be retained; deleting, correcting, providing, or otherwise processing eligible information as required; directing applicable service providers to take corresponding action where required; and confirming completion or explaining any applicable limitation or exception.

A deletion request may not result in deletion of every record — we may retain information when reasonably necessary or permitted by law for completing transactions, maintaining financial records, complying with tax or legal obligations, detecting fraud, protecting security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining evidence of consent or opt-out requests, and establishing or defending legal claims. Information that has been lawfully aggregated or de-identified may also be retained where permitted by law.

14. State-Specific Privacy Rights

Certain U.S. states provide residents with additional privacy rights. Where a state privacy law applies to MDNYT Live and its processing activities, we will provide and honor the rights required by that law, which may include rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, sensitive information, targeted advertising, or the sale or sharing of personal information.

Where legally required, users may also have a right to appeal our decision concerning a privacy request. Requests may be submitted using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy.

15. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old unless expressly authorized by MDNYT Live and permitted by applicable law.

We do not knowingly intend to collect personal information through the Services from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us in violation of applicable law, contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

16. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to or integrate with websites, organizers, venues, payment providers, advertisers, social-media platforms, or other third-party services. Those third parties may maintain their own privacy practices.

This Privacy Policy does not govern independent information-processing activities performed by third parties outside MDNYT Live's control. We encourage users to review applicable third-party privacy notices.

17. Business Transactions

If MDNYT Live participates in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, corporate restructuring, or similar business transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by applicable law. Any successor may assume rights and obligations concerning information as permitted by law.

18. Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may preserve, use, or disclose information where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law; respond to lawful governmental requests, subpoenas, court orders, or legal process; enforce our agreements; investigate suspected fraud or illegal activity; protect the security of our Services; protect MDNYT Live, our users, organizers, venues, partners, or others; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

19. International Users

MDNYT Live is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where MDNYT Live or its service providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws in your location. Any international processing will be handled subject to applicable law.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our Services, technology, business practices, partnerships, legal requirements, or information-processing activities. When we update this Privacy Policy, we may revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent concerning a material change, we will provide such notice or obtain such consent as required. We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

21. Relationship to Terms of Service

This Privacy Policy forms part of and should be read together with the MDNYT Live Terms of Service. If an event, promotion, feature, organizer relationship, or service requires additional privacy disclosures or consent, additional notices may be presented when the information is collected.
